SUCH A QUALITY BUSINESS!!!! Not only was the engagement ring I purchased top quality, but the service I received was top quality as well! They genuinely care about you and will work with you to help you find the perfect item! They view you as more than a customer and I felt so welcome each visit! I learned lots from the staff and never felt pushed or guided toward something outside my price range. Fantastic items and even better people! 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone!

Sorg Jewelers on 17 is the ONLY place I will go for anything jewelry and jewelry-related. The staff and jewelers have an attitude of can-do, will-do. I’m sitting in my car having just excited Sorg; I want to be sure to get this review written. This is a business that is driven by MORE than the “bottom line” of profit. After every visit I feel better than when I walked in. THANK YOU to all staff!

Sorg has friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection, and even some excellent custom and bespoke jewelry. Their prices are far more reasonable than chain jewelers like Kay or Jared. Additionally, their customer service is great. I had an issue (manufacturing issue, not Sorg's fault) with a ring I bought there and they gave me a full refund in store credit to replace the ring - no fuss, just good service. I highly recommend Sorg.

Absolutely Phenomenal Company to work with. Diana, and Darin went Above and Beyond to get us the PERFECT custom ring. We could not be happier with finished product. There Customer service and Quality is impeccable. This along with there no-nonsense approach has you leaving with a smile knowing you have been taken care of and you have a Fantastic Hierloom Quality Product.

I had previously written a disparaging comment about Sorg Jewelers regarding an unfortunate miscommunication that transpired in dealing with them that left me a little unsatisfied-- but in light of how they dealt with that situation since i made that comment, I feel that they have completely rectified the situation, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Also, they did a fantastic job with a custom designed engagement ring-- couldn't be happier with the design and the workmanship. Will definitely be going back here in the future!! Good ethical people!

Every time I've entered this store, I'm greeted by staff who are friendly and helpful. I recently had a stone come out of a ring and I knew I right where to go. They've repaired an antique pocket watch and other fine jewelry for me. I feel safe knowing they'll complete the work in house on my rings and they always return to me in excellent condition. Sorg is my go-to for jewelry and watch repair.

I've made multiple purchases at the CR 17 Sorg Jewelers location, including my Wife's engagement/wedding rings. Darin Sorg was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I'm a jewelry novice and not a quick decision maker...so I had a lot of questions. Darin expressed patience, thoughtfulness, and understanding from beginning to end. He never rushed me and allowed me to move at my own pace. Darin is genuine, kind, funny, and a pleasure to be around. My interactions with the rest of his staff have been pleasant as well. Highly recommended.

I took a necklace in for repair that I had purchased at another store. Jocelyn helped me figure out how to fix it and she was so nice and helpful, I had no idea they would be sooo nice! Then in one day turnaround I got it back restored and rhodium plated. They also have a really nice case for it when they gave it back to me. The master jeweler John E. is a sweetheart and very talented and I would recommend him and Sorg Jewelers to everyone that asks about my beautiful necklace! Thank you!

Great experience from day 1. I shopped around and settled on Sorgs. The ladies assisting me and educating me on clarity, color and size/shape were great. I was shopping for a engagement ring and let them know what I had in mind for a budget. After them showing different combinations of diamond and rings i had asked about a different diamond size. They ordered a few different size diamonds and clarity. Waited a few days for them to come in and revisited the store to make a final choice. They were very patient and informative.
